Building the Sport

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop, promote, and service the game of disc golf for the benefit of all participants by investing in the growth of the sport and introducing more participants of all ages to the game. Our vision is to be a leader in delivering quality, innovative, and accessible disc golf programs and services.

We are a small not-for-profit consisting of a rotating group of enthusiastic volunteers from within the local community, just like you.

Our History

DGM became an incorporated not-for-profit in January 2021 and are in our third year working to build the sport of disc golf in Manitoba. We would like to recognize the decades of hard work by volunteers who passionately introduced the sport to Manitoba and founded our first courses. The efforts of these founding volunteers have made our community and this organization possible.

Disc Golf Manitoba Club Membership 2024

We thank all of our members for your amazing support to date. Disc Golf Manitoba is a licensed not for profit, and entirely volunteer board run. By purchasing a DGM membership, you help grow the disc golf community and help propel DGM as a Provincial Sports Organization to be recognized by local officials and other organizations. Disc Golf is a growing sport that should be accessible throughout Manitoba for all to enjoy.

Membership requires a $20 annual fee, which will support ongoing projects, events, admin fees outreach, and course maintenance. Membership is also an important factor in grant applications and sports funding which we hope to champion on your behalf. Join us!

Your 2024 membership includes:

- $5 discount on your 2024 PDGA membership (emailed after registered)

- Exclusive pre-registration to DGM Events.

- Discount on DGM leagues

- Voting rights at the 2024 AGM

- Eligibility for year-end awards

- Equipment rentals from DGM
